The returned product must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns if the item is damaged or shows signs of use.

Provide the order number, reason for return and whether you want an exchange or refund.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the return of the item.
The refund amount will match the original purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchange period is 30 days, starting from the date of shipment, for items that do not fit or meet your needs. *Please note that exchanges may be subject to inventory and price changes. If the exchanged item has been sold or is priced differently, we will notify you before the exchange.

Exceptions:
End of Sale items (clearly marked as “End of Sale”) are not available for return or exchange.
Customized products or personalized gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your shipping cost to return the item. Please use a trackable method and save your tracking number for verification if needed.
